To assess this case from the Ventriglia family, a seat including three Supreme Court judges was set up. After appraisal, the seat of judges concluded that the case can't be recognized on two huge grounds. According to the law, any appeal against a past court judgment ought to be made inside 14 days of the principal judgment itself.
