Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani announces full support for Zambia President.

The entire nation has surely been awakened by the president of Zambia's most recent statement. President Hakainde Hichilema announced his intention to entirely repeal the death penalty statute on the eve of Africa Day. There were a variety of responses from the public to the president of Zambia's statement, with more people endorsing it. Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani, a well-known businessman, philanthropist, and volunteer from Zambia, has vowed to support the president of Zambia's statement. Dr.Rajan Mahtani founded the Prison Fellowship Zambia (PFZ) more than 30 years ago. It is a respected outreach organization for Christians that focuses on teaching the beliefs and lessons of Jesus Christ to prisoners in Zambia. Additionally, the organization is committed to ensuring that detainees in Zambia have access to basic, legitimate, and effective human rights. Through his organization Prison Fellowship, Dr.Rajan Mahtani promised the president of Zambia his full support for his audacious statement. According to Dr. Rajan Mahtani, only someone who is compassionate respects human dignity, and upholds basic human rights will be able to make such a decision. Dr.Rajan Mahtani further emphasized that the issue of growing corruption and illegal activity in the nation is not always resolved by the use of the death penalty. In Zambia, there are more than 380 convicts on death row, and 25 to 30 of them are women. Every day is a death sentence for them because they always fear being put to death. A lot of prisoners and ex-prisoners have completely transformed their life and pledged to serve God as a result of receiving the right support and preaching, according to Dr. Rajan Mahtani. Dr.Rajan Mahtani has pledged to vigorously advance this reform through Prison Fellowship.
