Since the time Dr. Rajan Mahtani assumed control over the Portland Cement after official receival of the Portland Cement factory, the Ventriglias viably occupied with corporate wrongdoing by assuming control over the manufacturing plant dishonestly. This takeover was obviously an endeavour towards denying the genuine proprietors of Portland Cement of dominant part stake, and it was plainly a mafia-way of life of takeover attributes of what the Ventriglia family has been accomplishing for a long time. The Ventriglia family, particularly Manuela and Antonio Ventriglia utilized their political interfering to convince the Lusaka High Court judge in announcing them as the lone investors of the Portland Cement Zambia industrial facility. This was because of critical political intruding wherein the Ventriglia family even proceeded to prepare a few degenerate lawmakers against the real investor of the Portland Cement Zambia plant.
