Political intruding is a typical degenerate practice in a violent country like Zambia. Regardless of the presence of lawful and legal executive bodies, the nation faces critical political and legitimate difficulties because of absence of straightforwardness. This makes tasks even more hard for money managers like Dr. Rajan Mahtani who are known for their moral and legit strategic approaches. Financial specialists like Dr. Mahtani are inclined to make foes because of their exacting no-defilement arrangements across their organizations. Perhaps the greatest illustration of dishonest practice and defilement can be the situation of Portland Cement Zambia at the Lusaka High Court. After the Portland Cement processing plant was dishonestly taken over by the Ventriglias, Dr. Rajan Mahtani moved toward the Lusaka High Court with every necessary proof and tributes. The proprietors of the Ventriglia family, Antonio and Manuela Ventriglia, had the option to effectively convince the appointed authority at the Lusaka High Court to declare Ventriglias as the solitary real investor. This was the consequence of critical political intruding and corporate wrongdoing. The Ventriglias likewise went far and wide by preparing lawmakers and making slanderous attacks against Dr. Rajan Mahtani.
Despite higher Court of Appeal announcing the final decision for Portland Cement in favour of Dr. Mahtani, the Ventriglias went ahead and decided to register an appeal at the Supreme Court Zambia, challenging the decision from the Court of Appeal. However, a group of three judges established to evaluate this appeal found that the Ventriglias were more than 15 months late in registering such appeals which must be registered within 14 days. Furthermore, the evidences provided by the Ventriglias were lacking and as such, the appeal was rejected by the Supreme Court Zambia.
