Dr. Mahtani Supports Abolishing Of Death Penalty



Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani, celebrated businessman and philanthropist from Zambia, have wholeheartedly supported the new announcement from the Zambian President. President of Zambia, Hakainde Hichilema, lately made a surprise declaration at the eve of Africa day. In this declaration, he stated that he plans to abolish the death penalty law.
