The Ventriglias have now tried testing the choice of the higher Court of Appeal on the Portland Cement Zambia case at the Supreme Court Zambia. Be that as it may, they didn't consider one significant perspective related with making claims of such highlights. All offers or difficulties against past court choices should be settled on inside 14 days of the choice of the court itself. Thus, if a ultimate conclusion from the higher Court of Appeal went ahead 31st January 2019, the Ventriglias ought to have made their case by fourteenth February 2019. Notwithstanding, it seems like the Ventriglias have since quite a while ago disregarded legitimate commitments which has come around to bite them. A seat containing three appointed authorities was set up by the Supreme Court Zambia which assessed the interest for its acknowledgment or dismissal. These included judges Michael Musonda, Royda Kaoma and Mumba Malila. After assessment, this seat of judges affirmed that they don't reserve any option to engage or acknowledge this specific claim from the Ventriglias as these are given under lawfully imperfect situation. The claims alongside the costs charges by the Ventriglias are consequently, dismissed by the Supreme Court Zambia.
